Around the Rumor Mill- Xbox 720

So once again the rumors around the Next Xbox (or the Nextbox as I like to call it) are starting up, following a PasteBin post from someone close to the Durango Project (supposedly). The source claims that Microsoft never considered an Always-Online DRM on their console, and that a new SoC chip will ship alongside Durango's default one will allow for backward compatibility. They also confirm the validity of rumors and drop some details on Kinect 2 and the new controller, and the Xbox TV. What do I think? I think that the possibility of accuracy is the same as any other rumor, and the process of finding out reliability is the same as any other rumor; that is, we have to wait and see if its true. If it is true, then Microsoft would have completely stole the 8th Generation Console Wars already with a beefy, powerful machine that's easy to develop for, consumer-friendly, with backward compatibility. As far as price goes, I'm predicting multiple packages, between the $299-$399 range, not ridiculous for the hardware your getting. A PC with that specs would be more than $600 easy.

When I feel like getting online, Gosh!

So I've gotten a lot of PMs lately about me being online Steam/Xbox Live/PSN/Wii.
To set the record straight, let me say that I do not own a Wii and probably never will. If you have a Wii or Wii U, good for you, but until Nintendo ditches Friend Codes I'm not going to be caught dead exchanging a 10+ digit number just to play Mario with friends. The only exception to that rule is if Super Smash Bros 4 has matchmaking. Then I'm selling my 720 and buying a Wii U.

Back to the topic at hand, unfortunately, it has been a while since I just sat on my 360 and played a few rounds of Zombies or a couple Far Cry 3 matches. I've been so busy with my channel I haven't got around to it. But luckily, after this Bioshock Special, it's back to the Wheel of Fate, where more gameplay videos await. If you'd like to be featured in a video, don't hesitate to add me on Xbox Live, Steam, or FourDeltaOne.
